Orders dispatch every Monday,Wednesday and Friday 1st class and signed for and are estimated to be delivered in about 3-4 working days.
For orders placed on Friday, the dispatch will take place on Monday (try to order early in the morning if you want your order to be shipped same day)
. Note that Saturday delivery has different rate, if you need these for a convention and want them at a specific time frame please email us at info@pastel-dreams.com prior your order pr message us in the online chat.
In keeping with our environmental policy we aim to keep packaging to a minimum. This means we avoid splitting orders and we will only dispatch products when the whole order is ready. ( in case you have bought something handmade)
Please note deliveries to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man may be slightly delayed by a day or two.

When shipping to an address outside the UK, shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the destination country, and will be shown when you checkout (use shipping calculator. Please note that international delivery times may be longer than usual and depend on the local postal services. If you order from greece or germany, your order will be delivered via GLS courier service or ACS. Please check your tracking number regularly (within the 3 working days ) cause these couriers will attempt to deliver 3 times and if they don’t find you home the parcel will be returned to us!
