Returns and Exchange
Replacement / Defected Policy
Goods received within 7 days are returnable or exchangeable if and only if the product is defective. The first day of grace period starts from the day the product arrives to the customer. The definitions of defective are as follows:
1. Lens was torn or broken while SEALED in bottle/blister
2. Lens was in odd shape while SEALED in bottle/blister
3. Lens was expired while SEALED in bottle/blister
If the lens is torn/broken/expired the customer must take a photo of the lens as proof and forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to initiate the replacement process. Without a photo, there will be no replacement. Returned defective products will be inspected thoroughly. Exchangeable or refundable policy is void if the products show any sign of use.
Return and Exchange Policy
A few notes we would like to highlight to you if you want to exchange a pair of lenses for any other reason apart from being defective.
1. Return shipping cost is borne by customers.
2. Resend shipping cost is also borne by customers.
3. Exchange is possible only when the products condition is still re-sellable upon inspection at our side.
PastelDreams reserves the rights not to entertain any complaints file after 7 days of grace period.
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made for any reason, please kindly inform us immediately. Note that full payment will be refunded as long as the customer notifies us within a reasonable time frame also note that orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
If your parcel is returned back to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or in the possibility that it is unclaimed and a refund request is made, we will only deduct the shipping charges and refund you the full amount, if you would like us to resend the parcel you will have to pay the shipping charges again.
